I am the DM of a 5e game that has been going for close to two years now, but I'm only now getting around to making actual dungeons. They are still pretty basic, but it's fun. I made a ruined tower haunted by a ghost that steals the memories of the PCs, and they have to use mirrors to solve puzzles.
